The new order – valued in excess of US $5 billion – will strengthen even more the partnership between Embraer and the fractional ownership inventor and leader Netjets, that has taken delivery of nearly 120 Embraer jets since it first order in 2010 .
NetJets placed a firm order for four Global 8000 aircraft and converted eight existing orders to the latest Bombardier Ultra-long-range jet model.
NetJets will be also working with Bombardier to upgrade the entire of its in-service Global 7500 fleet to Global 8000.
The delivered Ultra-Long range jet is also the 1,000th Global aircraft family member to be delivered by Bombardier and the first of 20 Global 7500 aircraft planned to join the NetJets fleet
