Final Gulfstream G650 Completes Production
The last G650 will move to the next phase of the completions process at Gulfstream’s Appleton, Wisconsin, facility before making its official delivery to a customer later this year.

Gulfstream Offers Starlink In-Flight Wi-Fi for G650 and G650ER
Gulfstream received Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) supplemental type certification to install Starlink high-speed internet on the G650 and G650ER models, Gulfstream is currently pursuing similar supplemental type certificates from the FAA for the G800, G700, G600, G500, G400, G280, GIV, GIV-X, GV and GV-SP.
Gulfstream Delivers the 500th G650
The G650 was certified by the FAA in September 2012 and by EASA three months later. The higher Take-Off weight G650ER was announced and certified in 2014. The 500th Gulfstream G650/G650ER customer delivery was made at Gulfstream’s Appleton, Wisconsin, completions facility.

In 2012 with the entry into service of the Gulfstream G650 (Model GVI), a new era of Ultra-Long-Range (> 7000 nm) purpose-built Business Jets was launched. Although highly impacted by continuous delays and cost overruns with its CSeries commercial aircraft family, Bombardier had to respond with the launch of the Global 7000 and 8000 family program that soon converged with the delivery of the current industry flagship, the Global 7500. The Ultra-Long-Range offerings will soon be extended with the addition of the state-of-the-art Gulfstream G700 and G800 and a clean sheet design from Dassault Aviation, the extra widebody Falcon 10X.
