The Phenom 100EV is the third iteration of Embraer successful EMB-500 Very Light Jet(VLJ) model marketed under the Phenom 100 designation. The Brazilian manufacturer decided to enter what was then a booming VLJ market in 2005. Thanks to flawless program execution, the first Phenom 100 prototype achieved the first flight on July 26th, 2007 at São José dos Campos, Brazil pathing the way to first delivery in December 2008. A seven-time winner of Robb Report Best of the Best award in its segment, the Phenom’s roomiest-in-class cabin can comfortably carry up to seven passengers

The 2017 EV Model introduces a touch screen flight deck powered by the Garmin G3000 Avionics Suite and several performance improvements thanks to a more powerful Pratt & Whitney Canada PW617F1-E Engine.  

On October 09, 2023, Embraer announced the introduction of the Phenom 100EX. The new updated model introduces new features including enhanced cabin comfort and new pilot-centric avionics features.

The phenom 100 and 300 shares the exclusive Oval Lite® cabin developed by Embraer and BMW Designwork USA. through collaborative development, the cabin cross-section was enlarged to offer more legroom and personal space bringing an unprecedented premium travel experience to the VLJ market.

The Phenom 100EX Cabin enhancements include new upper control panels, a new seat design, and flush-to-the-wall tables that maximize the workspace in addition to a baseline side-facing fifth seat and belted lavatory for additional passenger capacity.

Based on Garmin G3000. The Phenom 100EV new touchscreen avionics suite, the Prodigy® Touch, creates an instinctive interface between pilot and aircraft, replacing traditional switches and buttons with larger, centralized touchscreens. Designed for single-pilot operation, the avionics systems anticipate every pilot needs, minimizing workload and highly increasing situational awareness

The state-of-the-art avionics suite introduces advanced flight management capabilities, vertical navigation, and new optional weather radar, the GWX 70, with ground clutter suppression and turbulence detection mode.  Additional optional features include  SurfaceWatch and reactive windshear alerting system.

The Phenom 100 EX introduces a Runway Overrun Awareness and Alerting System (ROAAS) and a large number of new avionics features
