The HA-420 HondaJet is the first aircraft developed by Honda Aircraft Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Japanese Honda Motor Company. Developed in Japan, the airplane is assembled in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Launched in 2004, the first HondaJet prototype took to the sky on December 20, 2010. The FAA certification was received in December 2015 following many years of development and certification delays. The Low-wing very light jet is recognizable by the unique engines mounting configuration above the wing.
The improved HondaJet Elite entered service in 2018 introducing a large number of flight deck and cabin new functionalities together with a set of airfield performance enhancements.

INTERIOR
The HondaJet cabin offers executive seating for four in classic club configuration with an optional single side-facing fifth seat. The main four seats can slide, shift, and lock without the restraint of a track and offer best-in-class legroom. The cabin is also equipped with Electronically Dimmable Window (EDW) in lieu of traditional sliding shades.
The Cabin is complemented with a fully private aft lavatory with flushing toilet and a solid-surface vanity. An advanced cabin management systems allow for optional mobile device control of the cabin (Audio, Lighting, Temperature and the electro-chromatic windows-EDW)
