The Praetor 600 is the new marketing designation of the Embraer EMB-550 model previously marketed under the Legacy 500 designation.
Part of a fly-by-wire midsize aircraft family offering, positioned between the Light Phenom 300 and the Large Legacy 650. The EMB-550 was launched in 2008 and first flew on November 27, 2012, prior to the first delivery in October 2014.
The enhanced Praetor 600, recognizable by its taller and wider winglets pushes the range performance of its predecessor by almost 900nm. Achieving best in class 4,018 nm range capability.
