The Citation Sovereign+ is an enhanced version of the original 2004 Cessna Sovereign (Model 680). Designed around a stretched Citation Excel fuselage with a new larger wing design and a 5600-lb Pratt & Whitney Canada PW306C Engines.
In December 2014, Cessna started delivering the Sovereign+ model, recognizable by the addition of blended winglets that pushes the range performance well over 3000 nm. this model is equipped with more powerful FADEC controlled PW306D engines and a new Garmin G5000 touchscreen avionics suite.

The spacious and versatile cabin of the Sovereign+ can host up to eleven passengers. In standard configuration, the interior features eight seats in a double-club configuration. The large, comfortable leather seats have forward and aft tracking, swivel bases, and reclining positions for maximum comfort. The baseline configuration come also with a forward side-facing seat and a galley that provides ample supply cabinets, cold storage, and a well-lit counter for food preparation.
The Cabin comes with twelve large electrically operated windows and state of the art wireless cabin management system allowing access to digital media, individual interactive moving maps and satellite radio from passengers’ personal mobile devices
The Sovereign+ cockpit was redesigned with the Touch-screen Garmin G5000 replacing the legacy Honeywell Primus Epic.
The Electronic flight instrument features 14-inch High-resolution LCD displays in landscape orientation. The two outer displays are Primary Flight Displays (PFDs) and the centrally located Multi-Function Display (MFD) incorporates engine and systems information as well as detailed charts, moving map, Synoptics, traffic and TAWS functionality.
Four full-color, touchscreen control panels provide the crew with the ability to control all G5000 system features such as radio tuning, transponders, intercom, flight planning, the multi-purpose windows of the MFD and display information as desired.
